Managing DirectorTamsin began her TV career on the groundbreaking series, Network 7 before working her way up to the position of Deputy Series Editor of Channel 4s iconic series, The Word. She moved on to become Vice President of Factual and Entertainment Programming for MTV before a brief spell as Commissioning Executive in Entertainment at the BBC. She then became a major shareholder and Director Of Programming for At It Productions, where she Exec Produced C4’s youth programming zone, T4, and numerous other programmes for all the major channels and established At It West in Bristol.
Managing DirectorRachel has been a Producer in Bristol for the last 15 years and has a strong background in making TV documentaries and docu-dramas as well as award-winning short films which have had success in festivals in the UK and internationally. She has extensive experience in working with the public and charity sector making films about very sensitive subjects for clients including the Police, Home Office and the NHS. She is passionate about making engaging programmes that shine a light on the unexpected and challenge the way we see the world.
Fran has recently returned to her University town of Bristol from London, where she worked her way up to Producer level across a diverse range of programmes. She has worked with some of the UK’s top talent including James Corden, Jennifer Saunders and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall – not to mention Mark The Manger from C4’s ‘The Hotel’. She’s enjoyed working on many popular shows – from constructed reality hits ‘Made in Chelsea’ and ‘Geordie Shore’, to presenter led factual, ob docs about everything from holidays to childbirth. She loves developing new ideas and her passion is for finding and telling human stories that surprise and delight us.
Emily came to us for work experience just before she graduated from Bristol Uni with an English degree – and has been with us ever since, becoming a valuable member of the team working in both development and production. She loves camping at the weekend and is a secret TOWIE obsessive!
Assistant ProducerGemma was the first person to join team Drummer when she decided she wanted to work in TV. Gemma trained as a journalist, spent several years experience working for the Home Office and police forces across the UK, then worked in radio as a reporter and producer, specialising in finding human-interest stories and bringing the best out of people. Since joining Drummer, she has used her experience and contacts on a range of hard-hitting and sensitive documentaries as well as a returning series and one-offs for CBBC. She loves developing new and exciting ideas and giving people a chance to tell their stories.
EditorJack joined us as edit assistant on Ice Stars Series 1 and within days his incredible talent was recognised and he immediately became an integral member of our team, becoming a key editor on Ice Stars series 1 and moving on to series 2. He also edited our fast turnaround doc: The Boy on the Bicycle. Before working with us, Jack worked at the BBC.
Production ManagerLucy started her television career nearly a decade ago working on the hit E4 drama series Skins and since then has worked on everything from primetime documentaries to daytime factual. Lucy has always worked in the production side of television and since becoming a production manager has worked for independent production companies in and around Bristol.

Production AccountantCharis is a Production Accountant with years of experience and has been an invaluable asset to the team since she joined us last year. Alongside TV she has also worked in the arts and voluntary sector where she originally met Rachel and has a passion for collecting mid twentieth century textiles.
Technical AssistantMark has recently joined us after spending time at the BBC on DIY SOS. With a passion for technology and people’s stories, he’s hoping to build on those skills and has a hunger to learn everything there is to know about kit, drives, edits and computers!
